I know that silent 3 AM house. I know the feeling of watching the clock, doing the mental maths on how many hours are left before the day starts, and wondering how you’re going to find the energy to be the person—and the parent—you want to be.

You’re likely here because you’re used to being "the capable one." You’ve navigated a career and managed a life with a plan for everything, but motherhood has a way of throwing the most organised person off balance. Especially when the "village" we all hear about feels nowhere to be found.

The night the circle broke

My journey into sleep consulting didn't start in a classroom; it started in my own living room. Before my world was defined by baby sleep, I ran a hair and beauty salon group. I loved the energy of it, but when I was made redundant at seven months pregnant, I took it as a sign to finally follow my heart toward baby sleep.

But the real "why" for creating The Little Sleep Circle came later. Just after our second baby arrived, our small support village moved to another country. Suddenly, the circle was broken. We were in survival mode, navigating the fog of exhaustion in isolation. I realised then that parents don't just need "tips" or "methods." They need a navigator. They need someone to hold their hand until the rhythm is restored.

Heart-led logic

I decided to become the person I needed in those early months. I traded salon spreadsheets for sleep science, training with the Sleep Consultant Academy (OCN certified) under the best mentors in the industry.

I bring all of that knowledge to the table, but I deliver it with a mother’s heart. I don't believe in leaving babies to navigate change alone, and I don't believe in "one-size-fits-all" training. Working with little ones from 4 months up to 3 years old, my approach is about creating a predictable, gentle rhythm that respects your child’s needs and your sanity in equal measure.
